Andrey T. Tomkiw has dedicated his legal career to representing employers in labor and employment law cases, and in related business matters for nonprofit organizations and churches.

Mr. Tomkiw is highly skilled in workplace investigations and effective discovery during litigation and is a staunch client advocate in the courtroom. He has appeared in both State and Federal Courts and has handled appellate work for the Michigan Court of Appeals, the Michigan Supreme Court, 6th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

He is an active member of the Southeast Michigan community and holds leadership positions at a number of area organizations, including: Royal Oak Downtown Development Authority, Boys and Girls Club of South Oakland County, and the Royal Oak Chamber of Commerce (serving on both the Executive and Legislative Committees), and is named a Michigan Super Lawyer and one of dBusiness Magazine's Top Lawyers of 2009. Additionally, Mr. Tomkiw is a graduate of the Detroit Regional Chamber Leadership Detroit program, class XXV.
